We send appointment reminders and follow-up communications related to inquiries submitted via our website or verbally provided during direct outreach conversations. Typical messages include confirming a scheduled strategy call, reminding you shortly before that call, and following up afterward about the topics you raised.

This is not a promotional broadcast list. We do not sell your number and we do not send messages on behalf of other businesses.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation message.

After that confirmation, we will not send you any further SMS messages unless you opt in again. Opting out of SMS does not remove you from email communication or stop us from returning a phone call you asked for.

How We Capture Your Consent

We only send SMS messages to people who have given us consent in one of two ways:

• Website contact form. You tick the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form. The box is never pre-checked, and ticking it is never required to submit the form or to receive anything from us.
• Direct outreach conversation. You explicitly agree, verbally or in writing, during a direct conversation with us, including Instagram and Facebook direct messages, where you affirmatively state that you wish to receive SMS communications from Vital Growth Visionaries.

In both cases we record when consent was given, how it was given, and the exact wording you agreed to. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms. Changes are posted on this page with a revised effective date. If the consent wording itself changes, we keep a record of which version each subscriber agreed to.
